Now's the time. We're offering our signature 200 hour training, rooted in Vinyasa Yoga and YOD Yoga Methodologies. 

Gain valuable leadership skills, learn the foundations of yoga asana, meditation and self inquiry, and join a powerful community! You will learn, grow and laugh together!! You will leave inspired and set up to follow your North Star. 

You will be a 200 hr Certified Yoga Teacher and Level 1, YOD Yoga Teacher when you graduate!

Hours:

    • Friday: 4 - 8 pm (evening YOD class)
    • Saturday: 8 am - 7 pm (morning Vinyasa class)
    • Sunday: 8 am - 4 pm (morning Vinyasa class)
