You will be a 200 hr Certified Yoga Teacher and Level 1, YOD Yoga Teacher when you graduate!

• Friday: 5–8 pm (evening YOD class)
• Saturday: 9:30 am - 7 pm (morning Vinyasa class)
• Sunday: 9:30 am - 3 pm (morning Vinyasa class)

• Weekend 2: April 5-7 
• Weekend 3: May 10-12
• Weekend 4: June 14 - 16
• Weekend 5: July 19-21
• Weekend 6: Aug 23 - 24
• Weekend 7: Sept 20 -22 (YOD level 1)
