Now's the time. We're offering our signature 200-hour training, rooted in Vinyasa and YOD Yoga Methodologies.
Gain valuable leadership skills, learn the foundations of yoga asana, meditation and self inquiry, and join a powerful community! You will learn, grow and laugh together!! You will be set up for success to teach a vinyasa class from your heart and intuition. You will leave inspired and set up to follow your North Star.
You will be a 200 hr Certified Yoga Teacher and YOD Yoga Teacher

Hours:
- Friday: 5–8 pm (evening Vinyasa class)
- Saturday: 9– 6 pm (morning Vinyasa class)
- Sunday: 9–3 pm (morning Vinyasa class)
