You will be confident in the YOD Methodology to intuitively teach YOD. You will refine your skills that create an impact in the students bodies and hearts. You will learn how to teach a one on one student. You will experience balanced action in your body, and be able to teach from your experience. Deepen into the 2 phases of YOD 1. Go 2. Rest

Learn YOD Movements and anatomy

Learn how to teach a one-on-one student

Learn aspects of each of the modalities that created YOD

Discover the power of inquiry in a YOD class

Define why you teach YOD, and create your own personal vision

Results:

You will be confident in the YOD Methodology to intuitively teach YOD. You will have a new skill of YOD personal training. You will develop leadership skills to facilitate specialty YOD workshops.
