You will be a 200 hr Certified Yoga Teacher and Level 1 YOD Yoga Teacher when you graduate!

Hours:
- Friday: 5–8 pm (evening YOD class)
- Saturday: 9–6 pm (morning Vinyasa class)
- Sunday: 9–3 pm (morning Vinyasa class)
In person supplemented with online coursework/workshops
